7. Pricing & Payment Policy
- Payments are accepted via online transfer or cheque only
- Cash payments are strictly not accepted

- Taxes and statutory charges shall apply as per applicable law
8. Refund & Cancellation Policy
8.1 General Refunds
- Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed within 7-14 business days
- Refunds will be made through the original payment mode
- Processing timelines may vary depending on banking institutions
8.2 Drone Light Show Services
- Advance booking of at least 30 days is mandatory
- Shows may be rescheduled or cancelled due to:
- Weather conditions
- Government or DGCA restrictions
- Safety, technical, or operational constraints
- In case of cancellation, customers may opt for a refund after deduction of logistics and mobilization costs, or reschedule to the next mutually agreed available date
- The Company bears no liability for cancellations arising from force majeure or external factors
9. Performance & Operational Disclaimer
- Drone performance may vary due to environmental, regulatory, or operational conditions
- Prototype or test data does not guarantee identical real-world performance
- The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted website access or service availability
- Lakshdeep Aviation shall not be responsible for losses arising from misuse or unauthorized operation
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property, including but not limited to:

- Software, firmware, and algorithms
